Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer with strong PHP backend skills and modern JS frontend expertise (React with Vue.js or Angular). Ideal for teams pursuing a full-stack mindset with MongoDB experience.

Roles require collaboration with clients across Hyderabad and Pune, with hybrid work options. You will develop backend services and APIs, build UI components, design data models, and mentor teams while engaging in client discussions and solutions planning.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP and frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Expertise in React and working knowledge of Vue.js or Angular.
• Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, database design, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and scalable development.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with global clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.

It is ideal for teams looking for a full-stack mindset with additional MongoDB experience. Resources need to work till 11:30 PM as project demands frequent interaction with clients.

What You'll Do:
