Senior PHP Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer with extensive experience in Laravel 8, React, and Node.js to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing robust, scalable, and efficient web applications while mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel 8 framework.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between frontend and backend.
  • Develop, test, and deploy responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js.
  • Implement server‑side logic and business processes with Node.js when required.
  • Lead the architectural design of new projects and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
  • Provide recommendations on technology and framework choices for new development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and server configurations.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure code quality and proper testing of applications.
• Optimization & Maintenance
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks in code and database queries.

Required Skills

• Core Technologies:
  • Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel 8 framework.
  • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.

• API Development & Integration:
