Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Web Developer with 5+ years of hands-on development experience in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Python, and Node.js, along with proven experience in leading and managing a team of 3–4 developers. This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture-level thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Technical Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Lead backend development using Laravel, Python, and Node.js
• Architect and manage advanced WordPress solutions (custom themes, plugins, APIs)
• Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain coding standards
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Oversee database design and management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
• Ensure proper version control, CI/CD practices, and deployment processes

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 developers
• Assign tasks, conduct code reviews, and ensure timely project delivery
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support
