mindzmap is seeking a Senior Laravel (PHP) Developer to design, build, and optimize robust web applications using the Laravel framework. The role emphasizes scalable architecture, secure code, and high-performance backend solutions in production environments.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement RESTful APIs, queues, events, and third-party integrations, and drive improvements from legacy systems to modern microservices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Laravel/PHP backend development.
• Strong API development and database optimization skills.
• Hands-on with Eloquent ORM, Repository Pattern, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with queues, tasks scheduling, and Laravel Scheduler.
• Knowledge of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth, Sanctum, Passport).

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Laravel, API development, and database optimization, along with hands‑on experience in advanced concepts such as Eloquent ORM, Repository Pattern, event‑driven architecture, queues, jobs, and task scheduling.

The candidate must be capable of quickly understanding and adapting to existing codebases, improving legacy systems, and delivering clean, maintainable, and high‑performance backend solutions in a production environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and scale backend applications using Laravel framework
• Understand, analyze, and enhance existing applications/legacy codebases
