Job Description

We need a PHP Laravel Developer (2-4 years experience) to join our PHP team. The role requires strong backend development skills with Laravel, good exposure to frontend technologies like React JS, and practical knowledge of Git, MySQL, and basic server operations.

Requirements

Laravel / PHP

• Strong working experience with Laravel (controllers, models, services,middleware, queues, jobs, events).
• Solid understanding of PHP 7/8, OOP concepts, MVC structure.

Database

• Good command of MySQL (queries, joins, indexing,migrations, seeds).
• Ability to design and optimize database structures.

Frontend

• Optional but preferred: React.js

Version Control

• Mustbe comfortable with Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution).

Server & DevOps Basics

• Understanding of Linux commands.
• Ability to handle environment variables, configfiles, deployment steps.
• Understanding of Apache/Nginx is a plus.

AI-Assisted Development Tools (Required/Preferred)

Candidate should be familiar with modern AI-powereddevelopment workflows, specifically:

• Antigravity / Claude-based coding tools forfaster code creation and debugging.
• Ability to write clear prompts for AI tools.
• Ability to use AI to:
• Refactor existing code,
• Speed up development tasks,
• Validate logic and identify bugs.
• Understanding of AI limitations and when manualcoding is required.

This will help the developer stay aligned with our team'saccelerated delivery workflows.
