Marengo Asia Healthcare invites applications for a phlebotomist to collect samples inside and outside hospital and prepare lab cards. You will transport samples and cards to the appropriate department when attendants are unavailable and dispatch OPD reports to patients and hospital staff.

Additionally, you will train new phlebotomists, maintain temperature/humidity logs, contribute to quality initiatives, and ensure strict adherence to SOP/QAP and NABH/NABL/JCI guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Sample collection within and outside hospital.
• Preparing lab cards.
• Transporting samples and cards to the relevant department when attendants are absent.
• Dispatching OPD reports to patients, relatives, and hospital OPD staff.
• Dispatching reports for courier to assigned recipients via attendant and maintaining records.
• Training of new phlebotomists.
• Maintaining temperature and humidity logs.
• Contributing to quality improvement (QI) initiatives.
• Maintaining a safe ambient environment.
• Following SOPs and QAP; NABH, NABL and JCI lab guidelines.
