The Phlebotomist will be responsible for blood sample collection, patient identification, sample labeling, basic laboratory coordination, documentation, and safe sample handling at AIMS Hospital, Ahmedabad. This requires any qualification with minimum 6 months of experience in phlebotomy or sample collection. Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients as per lab request and hospital SOP.
• Verify patient identity, test details, sample type, and collection requirements before sample collection.
• Label samples accurately with patient details, date, time, and test information.
• Handle routine, fasting, emergency, and special samples carefully.
• Coordinate with laboratory technicians, nurses, doctors, and sample processing teams.
• Maintain sample collection records, registers, and documentation accurately.
• Follow infection control, hand hygiene, PPE, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
• Dispose needles, syringes, and sharps safely as per hospital policy.
