Job summary

HLFPPT seeks a Pharmacist to support community health initiatives, liaising with doctors and field staff. The role involves distributing medicines, maintaining stock registers, and entering patient data daily in MIS software while coordinating with the HO and field team.

Responsibilities include conducting health sessions on reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, RTI/STI, and family planning, ensuring timely medicine supply, and reporting to the manager. Relevant pharmacy qualification holders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medicines to patients as prescribed by the Doctor.
• Maintain stock register and ensure medicines are stocked properly.
• Conduct individual and group health sessions on reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, RTI/STI, safe sex and family planning.
• Ensure timely submission of medicine stock updates and MIS data entries.
• Prepare monthly timesheets and coordinate with the Doctor and field staff.
• Supervise procurement of office and MMU consumables and maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with donors and external stakeholders at project level.
• Prepare MMU movement schedule and project activity reports.

Job description

Pharmacist –

Good liaising with doctor and other field staff

Assist to the doctor and field staff for smooth implementation of the project

Distribution of the medicines to patient as prescribed by the Doctor.

Record and maintain the details of the medicine in stock register.

Responsible for taking individual and group sessions on reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, RTI/STI, safe sex, family planning methods and other health related topic in community

To maintain the stock of medicines & strips.

Timely update the information about to medicines stock.

Reach & leave timely from FDSP.

Insure the submission of medicine timely with dual sign by Doctor.

Insure the data entry of all patients at MIS software at daily basis.

Submission of the monthly time sheet to reporting manager.

Making sure of keeping the medicines systematically in the van.

Making sure of collecting/ refilling the necessary medicines from the HO.

Making sure that no expire medicines should be there in the stock.

Supervise procurement of office and MMU consumables and maintain of appropriate level of medicine stocks

Responsible for overall implementation of the project and managing its technical, operational including coordination with donor and other external stakeholders at the project area level

Prepare MMU movement schedule and ensure effective implementation of all the project activities

Prepare all reports and documentation related to the project, such as technical reports, MIS reports, monthly progress reports, narrative reports, field observation and visit reports, collection and compilation of case studies and photographs, and process documentation of the project.

Note:- The consultancy fee includes travel and communication allowances.
