Job summary

Apollo Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist in Angallu, Chittoor for full-time office-based work. Responsibilities include dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions, counseling patients, maintaining records, and coordinating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

  • Review prescriptions for dosage, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
  • Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, storage, precautions, and possible side effects.
  • Maintain dispensing records, controlled drug registers, and pharmacy documentation.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with State Pharmacy Council regulations, NABH standards, and hospital policies.
  • Monitor and report adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and medication errors where applicable.
  • Assist in stock verification, procurement planning, and inventory audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and prescription information.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Pharmacy Manager or Chief Pharmacist.

  • Ensure compliance with State Pharmacy Council regulations, NABH standards, and hospital policies.
