Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Hyderabad seeks a senior leader to own end-to-end pharma engagements, driving governance, quality, risks, and financial performance. You will lead senior managers, architects, and multi-disciplinary teams while shaping account growth and strategic roadmaps.

You will also guide regulatory compliance, data integrity, audit readiness, and validation practices across delivery activities in a global pharmaceutical context.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of delivery leadership experience in engineering, technology, or consulting.
• Significant exposure to Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or regulated healthcare.
• Location: Hyderabad only.

Your Role

• Lead strategic pharma engagements with end‑to‑end ownership of delivery governance, quality, financial performance, risks, dependencies, and executive stakeholder management.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, validation, quality, data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements across all delivery activities.
• Lead senior managers, program leaders, architects, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting account growth, solutioning, and strategic roadmap development.

Your Profile

• Program Leadership: 16+ years of experience in engineering, technology, or consulting delivery, including significant experience in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Location: Hyderabad only.
• Large‑Scale Delivery: Proven track record leading complex multi‑workstream programs, global delivery teams, and large transformation initiatives.
• Business & Finance Management: Experience managing delivery governance, commercial performance, portfolio oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and operational excellence.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, validation practices, quality systems, audit readiness, CAPA, and data integrity requirements.
• Digital Transformation: Experience driving AI, automation, data, and technology‑led transformation initiatives from strategy through enterprise adoption.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong executive communication, people leadership, client engagement, succession planning, and organizational development capabilities.
