Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Operations / MIS / Business Operations / Reporting.
• Strong Advanced Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with Macros/VBA and report automation.
• Experience handling large/bulk datasets and bulk report generation.
• Strong understanding of MIS, data analysis, and reporting.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and reporting.
• Generate and manage bulk reports across e-commerce/marketplace platforms.
• Work on MS Excel with advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Create and maintain Excel macros/VBA-based automation to reduce manual effort.
• Automate repetitive operational and reporting processes.
• Consolidate, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Track key operational metrics, sales data, inventory, orders, and campaign performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across reports.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting formats for stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams and marketplace partners to resolve issues.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
