Aditya Birla Group's Cement division seeks an Electrical Projects professional to oversee layout drawings, BOQ estimation, cost checks, procurement coordination, and site deployment to meet targets. Strong planning, leadership and communication are essential.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, statutory data for clearances, and orderly execution with ISO/HMS quality systems involvement.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of layout drawing / approval of Electrical engineering drawings, able to prepare BOQ, Estimation, costing and checking of measurements and bill reconciliation, etc.
• Coordinating and follow-up with Materials and initiating procurement and get at site to achieve the targeted activities.
• Project planning and monitoring, good communication, leadership, interpersonal and presentation skill.

Responsabilités

• Scheduling and sequencing activities as per Project Plan.
• Ensure no deviation from specifications for release of construction drawings for smooth electrical work.
• Execution & progress monitoring to ensure timely, quality construction within budget and schedule.

To ensure that there should not be any deviation from specified specification for release of construction drawing for smooth electrical work. Project.

Execution & progress monitoring: Close supervision & monitoring to ensure timely, quality construction and complete project work within the allocated budget and complete in scheduled times to avoid wastages and cost overruns.

Ensuring 100% Safety Compliance at Site.

Technical input for Statutory Clearances

To furnish the technical data, drawings and support for statutory clearances for timely execution of the project. Systems Implementation: Coordinate the implementation of various clauses pertaining to Human Resources Function under various Quality Systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 & WCM.
