Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certification in Fashion Styling, Image Consulting, Colour Analysis, Personal Branding, or related disciplines preferred.
• 2–5 years in Personal Styling, Image Consulting, Fashion Consulting, Luxury Hospitality, Beauty Consulting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one personalised styling sessions.
• Understand lifestyle, profession, preferences and fashion goals.
• Perform colour analysis to identify the customer's colour palette.
• Analyse body shape and recommend flattering silhouettes and fits.
• Assess wardrobe preferences and identify styling opportunities.
• Educate customers on fit, proportion, layering, fabrics and styling principles.
• Help customers define their personal style identity.
• Create a detailed Style Profile for every customer.
• Develop a personalised Style Scorecard covering Colour Palette, Body Shape, Best Fits & Silhouettes, Style Personality, Fabric Preferences, Wardrobe Essentials, Beauty & Grooming Recommendations, Category Preferences, Occasion‑Based Recommendations.
• Ensure profiles are updated after future consultations.
• Deliver a premium, consultation‑led experience.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with customers.
• Ensure customers feel educated and confident rather than pressured to purchase.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during consultations.
• Brief the Personal Shopper on the customer's Style Profile before the shopping journey.
• Work closely with Category Experts to stay updated on trends, products, and collections.
• Participate in styling events, workshops, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on global fashion trends, colour theory, image consulting, personal branding, beauty, and styling techniques.
• Continuously improve consultation quality through customer feedback.

Position Summary

The Personal Stylist is responsible for delivering personalised style consultations that help customers understand themselves better—not just what to buy.

Through colour analysis, body shape assessment, skin tone analysis, lifestyle understanding, wardrobe evaluation, and personal style discovery, the stylist creates a comprehensive Style Profile that becomes the customer's personalised shopping guide at Broadway.

This is a consultation-first role. Personal Stylists do not carry individual sales targets or directly sell products. Their focus is creating trust, enhancing customer confidence, and enabling an exceptional shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Style Consultations

• Conduct one‑on‑one personalised styling sessions.
• Understand customer lifestyle, profession, preferences, and fashion goals.
• Perform colour analysis to identify the customer's most suitable colour palette.
• Conduct body shape analysis and recommend flattering silhouettes and fits.
• Analyse skin tone and recommend suitable beauty and cosmetic shades where applicable.
• Assess wardrobe preferences and identify styling opportunities.
• Educate customers on fit, proportion, layering, fabrics, and styling principles.
• Help customers define their personal style identity.

Style Profile Creation

• Create a detailed Style Profile for every customer.
• Develop a personalised Style Scorecard covering:
