Shipra Hotel is seeking a Personal Security Officer (PSO) Director to ensure the Director's safety at all times. The role demands high alertness, discretion, physical fitness, and prior close protection experience.

The PSO will conduct threat assessments, manage secure travel, coordinate with authorities, and maintain confidentiality across residential, corporate, and public settings. Retention of privacy and readiness of security equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in personal security, VIP protection or close protection duties.
• Retired personnel from paramilitary forces, NSG, SPG, Army or police special units preferred.
• Age up to 50 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personal security and safety of the Director during travel, meetings, events and daily movements.
• Conduct threat assessment and risk analysis of locations and routes.
• Maintain strict vigilance at residence, office, hotels and public places.
• Plan and execute secure travel arrangements, including route planning and advance checks.
• Coordinate with local authorities, drivers and support staff when required.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality of all personal, professional and security information.
• Perform access control and crowd management when required.
• Ensure readiness of security equipment and follow standard security protocols.
