We seek a highly skilled and creative Technical Perfumer / Fragrance Evaluator to join our
dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience
specializing in fragrance development and formulation. This role will focus on the creation and
evaluation of fragrances for various product categories, including personal care, home care, and
beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully develop innovative,
market-ready fragrances that meet consumer preferences and regulatory standards.
- Fragrance Creation & Formulation:
o Develop new and innovative fragrance formulations that align with product briefs,
market trends, and customer preferences.
o Utilize a wide range of raw materials to create unique, memorable scents for
personal care, home care, and other FMCG products.
o Ensure fragrance formulations meet safety, regulatory, and industry standards,
including IFRA and other relevant guidelines that are applicable.
o Continuously improve fragrance formulations, optimizing them for performance,
stability, and cost-effectiveness.
o Conduct fragrance evaluations and ensure that the final product maintains high
olfactory quality.

gathering feedback to refine and optimize fragrance offerings. - o Ensure fragrances meet performance criteria in product stability, scent longevity,
and user experience.
- o 2-4+ years of experience in fragrance development, scent formulation, or a related
field. - o Proven expertise in the creation of fragrances for FMCG products, with a focus on
personal care, home care, or cosmetic categories. - o A strong portfolio of successful fragrance formulations developed for market use.
- o In-depth knowledge of fragrance materials, their properties, and how they interact
in different formulations. - o Familiarity with fragrance regulatory standards, including IFRA guidelines and safety
compliance. - o Experience in conducting quality control testing and fragrance evaluations.
- o Strong sense of smell with an exceptional ability to discern and create complex
olfactory compositions. - o A creative mindset with the ability to push the boundaries of fragrance creation while
aligning with market demands and trends.
