Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a seasoned QA Performance SDET for a PAN India, hybrid role. You will drive AI-assisted testing, design cloud-based builds (AWS/Azure), and lead performance and API testing using JMeter, Postman, and Rest Assured.

Collaboration with global teams is essential. Key requirements include 7+ years in QA performance, strong automation with C# Selenium, and experience in CI/CD environments with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA Performance SDET experience with AI tools to boost testing efficiency.
• Experience designing and automating builds in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Strong expertise in stress, performance, scalability, and load testing with JMeter.
• Proficient in automated testing frameworks and C# Selenium.
• Experience with API performance testing (JMeter, Postman, Rest Assured).
• Ability to define performance SLAs, requirements, and KPIs with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing strategy and execution across global teams.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Develop and maintain test automation using Selenium WebDriver and AI-assisted tooling copilot.
• Work with DevOps to implement Docker/Kubernetes-based test environments.
• Instrument tests with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry).
• Define and monitor performance metrics like latency, throughput, and concurrency.

Job Description:

• 7+ years of QA Performance SDET, required with experience in utilization of AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and collaborate with global teams to build great products.
• Additionally, candidates should have extensive experience in designing and automating builds within cloud platforms with a broad exposure to various services in AWS and/or Azure.

QA Performance Engineering:

• Must experience with stress, performance, scalability, and load testing using JMeter.
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Must Expertise in programming with C# Selenium.
• Experience in Performance testing API testing using JMeter along with Postman and Rest Assured.
• Works with the different project stakeholders to help define and document performance SLAs, requirements, and expectations around critical factors such as response time, throughput, transactions/second, concurrent users, CPU utilization, memory, disk, network utilization, thread counts, connection pooling, hit ratios.

DevOps & Automation:

• Experience in CI/CD environments with tools like Azure, TeamCity
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm ,ECS
• CI/CD design using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry
• Secret Management in test

AI/ML Integration

• Proficiency with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and testing tools such as Selenium and WebDriver.
• Build New Test and maintenance of existing test using copilot
• AI-driven Failure analysis/code reviews/ code optimization using copilot or similar tools
• Build test system/pipelines using agentic AI driven approach
