• Produce a plan for the work required to complete the performance testing activities.
• Identify risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies for delivering the performance testing phase.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• - Carry out Performance assessment to understand High Level Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), Scope, Data & environment requirements which will aid creation and submission of a detailed Unify Performance test plan proposal
• - Identify the processes, systems, and interfaces that will need to be part of the performance test
• - Identify the most appropriate toolset, environment, and data to execute the performance test
• - Produce a plan for the work required to complete the Performance Test activities
• - Risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to deliver the overall performance testing phase
