Job summary

LTM is hiring for a Performance Testing role focused on SAP environments in Hyderabad. The candidate will develop and upgrade performance scripts (NeoLoad), validate data, and execute unit, smoke and end-to-end tests.

You will deliver early performance results and comprehensive reports, leveraging Dynatrace for root cause analysis. Role emphasizes hands-on testing, script optimization, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure scalable and reliable SAP performance.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in SAP testing and performance engineering.
• Ability to create and upgrade Neoload scripts per requirements.
• Perform data validation and ensure script reliability.

Responsibilities

• Create performance test scripts for NeoLoad; upgrade as needed.
• Conduct unit and smoke tests and sign off on results.
• Perform early performance execution and generate reports with insights.
• Analyze performance results and identify root causes using Dynatrace/SAP tooling.
