Tristha Global Pvt Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a Performance Test Engineer/Senior Test Engineer to contribute to performance testing activities and optimize system performance. The role requires hands-on testing, script development, and detailed analysis of performance metrics.

The candidate will work on load, stress, and endurance testing, model workload scenarios, and identify bottlenecks to improve scalability and reliability across applications.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience developing and executing performance test scripts.
• Understanding of load testing, stress testing, endurance testing, and scalability testing.
• Knowledge of workload modelling, virtual users, correlation, parameterisation, and script debugging.
• Ability to analyse response times, throughput, transaction rates, and error logs.
• Experience in performance monitoring and bottleneck identification.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in JMeter and LoadRunner.

• Basic knowledge of application servers, networking, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
