Mandatory Skills

• Experience in Banking and Financial Services (BFSI), preferably in core banking or financial data projects.
• Exposure to Python scripting for test data preparation and data validation.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or ALM.
• Mentor team members and establish performance testing standards and best practices.
