Job summary

Meta Labs in Mumbai is offering a full-time, in-office internship focused on performance marketing. You will work with Meta Ads and Google Ads, assist with campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and learn how to measure CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPM.

Qualifications

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• A. Paid Advertising
  • 1. Work with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • 2. Assist with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
  • 3. Conduct audience research and support targeting strategies.
  • 4. Analyze campaign performance and key metrics.
  • 5. Support A/B testing and campaign scaling.
  • 6. Develop an understanding of metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPM.
• B. Creative & Content
  • 7. Assist in creating ad creatives and campaign concepts.
  • 8. Support basic graphic design and creative production.
  • 9. Edit short-form video content for advertising campaigns.
  • 10. Write compelling hooks and ad copy.
  • 11. Create multiple creative variations for testing and performance optimization.
• C. Strategy & Growth
  • 12. Research competitors, emerging trends, and new market opportunities.
  • 13. Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • 14. Analyze customer behavior and understand factors influencing campaign performance.
  • 15. Contribute new ideas for campaign experiments and testing.
  • 16. Gain hands-on exposure to how performance marketing decisions are made using data and insights.
