We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics/GA4.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, ROAS, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
• Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns to achieve business targets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends and platform changes.
