Job summary

GIRI CONSULTANCY in Hyderabad is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience to manage paid campaigns and generate quality leads.

You will run Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimize campaigns, track conversions with GA4/GTM/Meta Pixel, report weekly results, manage budgets, and collaborate with design/content teams to deliver measurable ROI on-site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead-generation, traffic, conversion, remarketing, and sales campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms.

About The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads and be capable of generating quality leads/conversions while optimizing campaign performance.

The role will focus on campaign execution, optimization, analytics, lead generation, and achieving measurable marketing results. Similar Hyderabad roles commonly emphasize hands-on Google/Meta campaign management, conversion tracking, reporting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage lead-generation, traffic, conversion, remarketing, and sales campaigns.

Required Skills
