The role requires hands-on expertise in performance testing tools, monitoring solutions, cloud platforms, container technologies, and CI/CD practices. You will design, execute, and optimize performance tests and report KPIs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in performance testing tools, monitoring solutions, cloud platforms, container technologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in performance validation, scalability testing, resiliency testing, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, endurance, scalability, and resiliency tests.
• Create workload models and performance test strategies based on business requirements.
• Identify, generate, and manage dynamic test data for performance testing and regression execution.
• Analyze application, infrastructure, and database performance bottlenecks.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide tuning recommendations.
• Conduct failover, recovery, and resiliency testing across distributed systems.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using APM tools.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to resolve performance issues.
• Report test execution status, KPIs, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
