Job summary

Linkworks Tech Labs is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant to join our team for a challenging opportunity. The role requires expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and end-to-end implementations in a dynamic client environment.

Location includes Hyderabad and Gurugram with immediate to 30 days notice. Prior experience in BRD/FDD, UAT, and agile practices will be advantageous for delivery and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant.
• Location: Hyderabad / Gurugram.
• Notice period: Immediate to 30 days preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end implementations and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft HCM implementations for clients.
• Provide production support and enhancements for HCM modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate into BRD and FDD.
• Perform UAT and assist in solution design and business process analysis.
