Job summary

Buzzworks Business Services in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned PeopleSoft developer with hands-on experience in PeopleTools 8.5x/8.6x and strong expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Application Designer.

The role covers development and administration of PeopleSoft pages, components, and integration via Integration Broker, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON, and file-based methods. Proficiency in Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, and CI/CD practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development using PeopleTools 8.5x/8.6x.
• Experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Component Processor, and Application Designer.
• Hands-on experience developing and modifying PeopleSoft pages, components, records, fields, menus, file layouts, Event Mapping, and WorkCenters.
• Experience with Integration Broker, REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML/JSON, and file-based integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with PeopleSoft administration, including PIA, application/web/process scheduler domains, WebLogic, Tuxedo, security, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with application migration, change packages, object comparison and migration, upgrades, and patching using Change Assistant and CAPI.
• Knowledge of Git-based version control and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Python 3.x scripting, including file handling, JSON/CSV parsing, exception handling, and automation.
• Experience with SFTP integrations and Kafka-based event generation
