Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. in India is seeking an ERP leader to own and drive our enterprise ERP strategy across notable platforms such as PeopleSoft, Acumatica, Enablon, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You will define roadmaps, governance, and architecture standards to deliver value. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage data governance, migrations, and performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

• Define and drive ERP strategy aligned with organizational objectives, business transformation initiatives, and enterprise application roadmaps.
• Establish ERP governance frameworks, implementation standards, and solution delivery best practices.
• Lead enterprise ERP implementation, modernization, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
• Define ERP architecture standards, business process frameworks, and solution design principles.
• Establish governance standards for ERP configuration, customization, integration, security, and operational management.
• Drive ERP process harmonization and business transformation initiatives across organizational functions.
