Job summary

Iris Software in India is seeking a senior PeopleSoft specialist to support and optimize the Supply Chain module, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management and Billing. The role requires 24x7 rotating shifts and close cross‑functional collaboration to ensure system performance.

Responsibilities include SQL Server administration, NVision reporting, and ServiceNow ticketing, with emphasis on proactive issue resolution, documentation, and continuous learning to enhance user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience providing technical support for PeopleSoft applications.
• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain module, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management and Billing, month end closure processes.
• Proven expertise in SQL Server database administration.
• Experience with Nvision reporting tool.
• Familiarity with Service Now ticketing system.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies.

• Maintain and enhance PeopleSoft functionality in the Supply Chain module and related areas.
• Support PeopleSoft SCM in General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management and Billing processes.

Job Description

The candidate will have a strong understanding ofPeopleSoftapplication architecture, experience in supporting the Supply Chain module, and proven expertise in SQL Server and Nvision reporting. The role require providing prompt and efficient support to end users, proactively identifying, and resolving application issues, and collaborating with other cross functional teams to ensure optimal system performance. Working in Rotating Shifts 24X7.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical supportforPeopleSoftapplications, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues, answering user inquiries, and documenting resolutions.
• Maintain and enhancePeopleSoftapplication functionality, including developing and implementing solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
• SupportPeopleSoftExperience in the Supply Chain Module – specially in General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management and Billing, month end closure processes
• Experience in the Database SQL Server tool.
• Experience in the Nvision reporting tool.
• Experience in Service Now reporting toolforTicketing.
• Perform regular system monitoring and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system uptime and stability.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new features, upgrades, and integrations.
• Stay up to date on the latestPeopleSofttechnologies and best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed documentationforall aspects ofPeopleSoftapplication support.
• Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact system performance or user experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall system efficiency and user satisfaction.
