Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor to assigned business leaders and their teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of business unit strategies, objectives, and challenges, aligning HR initiatives accordingly.
• Leverage people analytics and insights to diagnose root causes and deliver evidence-based recommendations to leadership.
• Act as an Employee Experience Builder, designing engagement initiatives and culture-building programs to boost morale and retention.
• Drive and manage Rewards & Recognition programs aligned with performance and values.
• Conduct regular Employee Connects, listening to feedback and translating insights into interventions.
• Partner with business leaders to address engagement gaps and organizational health indicators.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies – HR Business Partner

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisorto assigned business leaders and their teams, influencing people‑related decisions and providing proactive, balanced guidance across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop a deep understanding of business unit strategies, objectives, and challenges, ensuring HR initiatives are closely aligned to drive value addition and measurable business outcomes.
• Leverage people analytics and insightsfrom employee satisfaction surveys, attrition trends, performance metrics, and engagement data to diagnose root causes and deliver evidence‑based recommendationsto leadership.
• Act as an Employee Experience Builder, designing and implementing high‑impact employee engagement initiatives, including Fun Fridays, team‑building activities, wellness initiatives, and culture‑building programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
• Drive and manage Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs, ensuring timely, fair, and meaningful recognition aligned with performance, values, and business outcomes.
• Conduct regular Employee Connects, actively listening to employee feedback, assessing sentiment using RAG (Red‑Amber‑Green) tagging, and translating insights into actionable people interventions.
• Partner with business leaders to address engagement gaps, people risks, and organizational health indicators in a timely, data‑driven, and solution‑oriented manner.

• Ability to translate business priorities into clear HR strategies and practical, scalable people solutions with tangible impact.

Data Acumen

• Strong capability in analyzing HR metrics, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting concise, data‑driven insights to support leadership decision‑making.
