Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive ERP strategy aligned with organizational objectives, business transformation initiatives, and enterprise application roadmaps.
• Establish ERP governance frameworks, implementation standards, and solution delivery best practices.
• Lead enterprise ERP implementation, modernization, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
• Define ERP architecture standards, business process frameworks, and solution design principles.
• Establish governance standards for ERP configuration, customization, integration, security, and operational management.
• Drive ERP process harmonization and business transformation initiatives across organizational functions.
• Define enterprise standards for ERP data management, migration, reporting, and operational governance.
• Lead ERP solution reviews and ensure implementations align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and architecture standards.
• Guide teams on ERP architecture, business process design, implementation methodologies, and platform best practices.
• Identify ERP-related risks, process inefficiencies, operational challenges, and governance gaps while defining mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams and leadership stakeholders to align ERP initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on ERP maturity, operational excellence, process optimization, and business value realization.
• Establish reusable implementation frameworks, governance models, and best practices to improve delivery consistency and effectiveness.
