Job summary

TravClan in Delhi invites an ambitious candidate for a full-time internship focused on end-to-end recruitment operations. You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews with the HR team, and manage job postings across platforms in a fast-growing B2B travel-tech startup.

You should be available for a 2–3 month internship with a stipend that starts at INR 25,000 and can rise to INR 40,000 by month six, based in Connaught Place, Delhi.

Responsibilities

• Review and screen resumes and application forms.
• Coordinate with the HR team to schedule and confirm candidate interviews.
• Manage end-to-end interview operations efficiently.
• Post, update, and remove job advertisements across job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
• Maintain and update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and other required data.
• Assist in organizing company events and activities.
