FamPay in Bengaluru is seeking a people-ops professional to own payroll, compliance, ESOPs, and benefits, ensuring HR runs smoothly across the organisation.

You will modernise processes, document policies, and drive efficient, scalable HR practices with an AI-native mindset to help FamPay support a fast-growing team in a dynamic fintech environment.
