Job summary

Teciem is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of treasury and capital markets software. You will work in a cross-functional Agile team on platforms such as Kondor Front Office, applying strong C++ expertise and a collaborative mindset in a global environment.

You will design and maintain robust C++ code, debug complex issues, and collaborate with analysts, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development with C++ and OO programming.

What will you contribute? As a Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions for our financial services clients. This role reports to the Development Manager, and will work within a cross-functional Agile team, contributing to the evolution of our trading and investment platforms, such as Kondor Front Office. This role requires C++ expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine functional and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C++ code following best practices (SOLID principles, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD).
• Debug, analyze, and resolve complex application issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and internal stakeholders to support product releases and resolve software issues.
• Follow Agile and SAFe methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of software development experience with a focus on C++ (must have) and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Linux OS, SQL, and relational databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Linux, Git.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Interest in Finance, experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
