DoorDash India is seeking a seasoned India People Business Partner to be a hands-on presence at the Hyderabad site, supporting engagement, manager effectiveness, and organizational development during launch and growth. This role reports to the People Director and collaborates with the EE People Ops - HRBP team.
You will partner with site leaders, oversee workforce planning, talent processes, and change management, and manage sensitive employee relations while aligning with local labor
The India People team is establishing the people practices and employee experience that will support the launch and growth of our Hyderabad site. We partner closely with site leaders and employees to create effective teams, consistent leadership practices, and a healthy, sustainable workplace as the operation scales.
As the India People Business Partner, you will be a highly visible, hands‑on presence at the Hyderabad site, staying close to daily operations, leaders, and employees throughout the site’s launch, growth, and stabilization. You will support employee engagement, manager effectiveness, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, and change management. You will coordinate two Human Resources Generalists and use people data to identify risks, improve day‑to‑day execution, and help shape the site’s future people practices. You will report to the People Director on our EE People Ops - HR Business Partner HRBP team in our HR organization.
