Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior-level positions across functions.
• Coordinate face-to-face interviews and scheduling with hiring managers.
• Source candidates via job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial conversations with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Coordinate in-person interviews at the Jaipur office and manage logistics.
• Support offer coordination and pre-joining engagement.
• Assist with employee communication and HR-related coordination.

The Role

As a People and Talent Associate, you will be responsible for supporting junior-level hiring across the organisation, coordinating face-to-face interviews and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers and the Recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, smart, proactive and excited to take ownership of responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Junior Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior-level positions across different functions.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close open positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn employee referrals and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
• Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and applicant records.

Face-to-Face Interview Coordination

• Coordinate in-person interviews at the Jaipur office.
• Manage interview schedules, candidate communication and interview logistics.
• Ensure candidates are welcomed and guided through the interview process.
• Coordinate with interviewers and hiring managers to collect timely feedback.
• Support offer coordination and pre-joining engagement.

Employee Engagement & HR Generalist Activities

• End to end planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations and team events.
• Support initiatives that improve employee experience and workplace culture.
• Help organise onboarding activities for new employees.
• Assist with employee communication and HR-related coordination.
• Support HR operations and other people-related initiatives as required.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in people, recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
• Must be based in Jaipur and willing to work from the Thrillophilia office.
