Job summary

Lead Miles is building the people function to handle hiring, onboarding, payroll and culture across our travel clients. End-to-end hiring, onboarding, payroll and culture are central to this role.

You will run the people side of the business: hiring for our own team and recruiting for client mandates, with training on our recruitment frameworks and audit processes. Freshers start at Rs 2–3 LPA; experienced candidates up to Rs 5 LPA.

Qualifications

• Excellent English and Hindi communication abilities.
• Professional presence; first voice candidates hear.
• Comfortable on calls and interviews all day.
• Structured, organised with reliable record-keeping and deadlines.
• Discretion with confidential salary and personal data.
• HR coursework or internship is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for Lead Miles—sourcing, screening calls, interview coordination and closures.
• Recruitment delivery for client mandates, largely in the travel industry.
• Conducting and participating in training sessions and workshops.
• Managing payroll inputs, attendance and monthly people reporting.
• Running entry formalities, onboarding and structured induction.
• Running exit formalities, handovers, full and final coordination and exit interviews.
• Maintaining candidate and employee records accurately inside our ATS and HR systems.
• Keeping the hiring pipeline moving with clear follow-ups and timely responses to every candidate.

About the role

• HR Associate at Lead Miles, a growth marketing partner working majorly with travel companies.
• You run the people side of the business: hiring for our own team and recruiting for client mandates.
• You will be trained on our recruitment frameworks, interview rubrics and audit process - prior HR experience is welcome, but attitude and communication matter more.
• Freshers: Rs 2 - 3 LPA. Experienced candidates: up to Rs 5 LPA. Performance-linked incentives reviewed quarterly.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00, with two Saturdays off every month.
