Job summary

Bluevoir Technologies is seeking a Pega UI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and implement advanced user interfaces using Pega PRPC and Cosmos. The role requires deep Pega UI expertise and collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver scalable UI solutions.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting UI defects, creating reusable components, and maintaining UI documentation. A hybrid work model is available with office visits required three days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Pega application development with a focus on UI design and implementation.
• CSA (Certified System Architect) or higher preferred.
• Experience with Pega DX APIs is a plus.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Pega UI Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for solving the user issues and bugs. This role requires deep expertise in Pega UI architecture, hands-on experience with Pega UI components, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver intuitive, high-performing, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced user interfaces using Pega PRPC, Pega Cosmos, and other Pega UI frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and GCS and to resolve the client issues effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues and defects in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain UI documentation, including design guidelines and reusable components.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega platform features and industry trends related to user interface technologies.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members on Pega UI concepts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Pega application development with a focus on UI design and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, Pega UI rules, and Pega Cosmos design system.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Pega DX APIs and integrating Pega applications with external UI frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) or higher certification preferred.
