Required Qualication:

• Candidate must hold a valid CSSA certication.
• Strong system design capability leveraging Pega platform features is mandatory.
• Good working knowledge of Pega frameworks such as Customer Service (CS), Robotics, and Decisioning is required.
• Minimum 46 years of hands-on experience working with Pega technology.
• Experience working with Pega Financial Services frameworks is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong expertise in Pega Case Management, Integrations, and Security is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Pega GenAI capabilities, including Agentic AI concepts, is required.
• Candidate should be self-driven, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of collaborating eectively within a team environment.
