Job summary

Synechron is seeking a PEGA Developer to design, build, and optimize PEGA applications in Mumbai. You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PEGA-based solutions, utilizing case management, workflow automation, and integrations.

The role requires PEGA experience (7.x/8.x), solid SQL skills, and familiarity with Agile processes. You will contribute to testing, performance tuning, and ongoing improvements across production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Hands-on PEGA development experience in PEGA 7.x or 8.x.
• Strong knowledge of PEGA data models, user interfaces, activities, and agents.
• Experience with PEGA integration using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes.
