Role Overview

We are looking for an Integration / AI Specialist to design and build PEGA workflow integrations, optimize data queries, and deliver agentic AI-driven reporting. You will connect PEGA with enterprise systems and AI services so that workflows run efficiently and insights reach stakeholders automatically.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PEGA workflow connectors (REST, SOAP, JDBC, MQ, file-based) to integrate PEGA with internal and third-party systems.
• Build and manage PEGA case management workflows, data pages, and service/connector rules.
• Perform query rewrites and optimization to improve performance, reduce latency, and ensure data accuracy across databases and integration layers.
• Implement agentic AI solutions that trigger actions, automate decisions, and update reporting dashboards based on workflow events and data changes.
• Develop reporting dashboard triggers that deliver real-time or scheduled insights to business stakeholders.
• Integrate AI/LLM services and APIs into PEGA workflows, including prompt design, guardrails, and error handling.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, monitor performance, and implement logging and alerting.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, data teams, and QA to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Document integration designs, data flows, and technical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in integration development, with strong hands‑on experience in PEGA (CSA/CSSA/LSA certification preferred).
• Proven experience building PEGA connectors and services and integrating with REST/SOAP APIs and message queues.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience rewriting and tuning complex queries for performance.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML or generative AI integration, including agentic or event‑driven automation.
• Experience building or triggering reporting dashboards (Pega reports, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Solid understanding of JSON/XML, API security (OAuth, SSL), and integration design patterns.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pega GenAI, Pega Process AI, or Pega Decisioning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
