Job summary

Capgemini India is seeking an experienced PEGA Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade PEGA solutions that streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.

You will work with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable applications, following PEGA guardrails and best practices. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on PEGA development and CSA/CSSA certifications.

Your Role

• As a PEGA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade PEGA solutions that streamline business processes and enhance customer experiences.
• You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, high-performance applications following PEGA best practices and guardrails.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA application development. Strong knowledge of Integration, Database Connectivity, Data Pages/Data Tables, and Class Design. Experience with PEGA Guardrails and application performance optimization.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. PEGA CSA CSSA is required.
• Designing and developing PEGA applications using industry best practices and reusable components. Creating and maintaining PEGA class structures, application layers, and enterprise class design to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Developing and configuring case management workflows, business rules, decision tables, and user interfaces. Implementing and managing system integrations using REST, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Designing and configuring database connections, external database mappings, and data access strategies. Building and optimizing Data Pages (Data Tables), data transforms, and data models to support business requirements.
