• Technical Leadership Mentoring An LSA leads the development team providing technical guidance conducting code reviews and mentoring junior and senior system architects
• They foster a culture of technical excellence and ensure the team adheres to design standards and quality metrics
• Solution Scoping and Strategy They work closely with business stakeholders and Business Architects to translate business requirements into a robust technical design
