Job summary

NR Consulting in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Pega Architecture- Support Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience to drive design and implementation of PEGA solutions. You will lead technical directions and ensure scalable, robust architectures.

Responsibilities include defining the class hierarchy, data model, security framework, and integrations with enterprise systems while mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and aligning with PEGA best practices.

• They design the application's overall structure including the class hierarchy data model security framework and integration with other enterprise systems.
• They ensure the design is scalable, maintainable and aligned with PEGA's best practices guardrails.
• Technical Leadership and Mentoring: An LSA leads the development team providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior and senior system architects.
• They foster a culture of technical excellence and ensure the team adheres to design standards and quality metrics.
• Solution Scoping and Strategy: They work closely with business stakeholders and Business Architects to translate business requirements into a robust technical design.
• They are responsible for defining the project's technical scope, estimating effort and identifying potential risks.
• Performance and Optimization: LSAs are responsible for the performance.
