Job summary

Capgemini India seeks an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Pega applications. The role requires strong Pega expertise, solution design, and team leadership across business stakeholders and development teams.

You will drive governance, guardrails, performance tuning, and integrations (REST, SOAP, Kafka). Certification in LSA is mandatory; 10+ years IT with 7+ years Pega experience; strong Agile/DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification is mandatory.
• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years hands-on Pega development and architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in Pega Infinity Platform, Case Management, BPM/workflow, decisioning and business rules.
• Experience with enterprise-scale architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP/MQ/Kafka), and security frameworks.
• Familiarity with Pega Guardrails and Situational Layer Cake.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem solving, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Pega architecture, solution design, application development, integrations, and team leadership. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable and high-quality business process management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Pega applications.
