Job summary

BTVK Advisory seeks a skilled accounting professional in Bengaluru to manage daily journal entries, cash reporting, and assist in quarterly and annual financial statements. You will support capital calls and distributions, prepare investor notices, and maintain client portals with accuracy.

You will draft investor communications, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with management to ensure timely, compliant reporting in a fast-paced environment, with occasional travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA license (or in process) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements, providing insights and identifying key variances.
• Support capital calls and distributions preparation, ensuring correctness and timeliness for management approval.
• Review and coordinate the preparation and delivery of capital call and distribution notices, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Draft and review investor correspondence, responding to inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
• Manage client investor portals and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Take ownership of assigned projects, including special assignments from management, with minimal supervision.
• Mentor or guide junior associates and associates on processes and technical aspects when needed.
