Job summary

Khivraj Elixir Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Vehicle PDI Technician in Bengaluru to inspect vehicles, follow manufacturer specs, complete PDI checks, and document discrepancies.

You will perform repairs, install optional equipment, and ensure warranty work is properly recorded while maintaining a neat shop and safe working conditions. The role requires hands-on ability with basic vehicle systems, strong attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols in a busy dealership service environment.

Qualifications

• Inspects vehicles for obvious damage and missing major components.
• Follow manufacturer’s specifications in an efficient and productive manner
• Ensure PDI vehicle checks are completed to the highest standard
• Basic PDI checks on vehicle, lights, tyre pressure's mechanical and electrical
• Records discrepancies and signs or otherwise acknowledges an acceptance slip for each vehicle delivered.
• Performs repairs and replaces defective items with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Ensures the warranty repairs are properly documented and charged.
• Installs optional equipment specified by the customer or dealer.
• Washes and polishes exterior of vehicles.
• Keeps shop area neat and clean.
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
