Job summary

Gautam Modi Group's Audi service division in Mumbai seeks a Detail-Oriented Service Quality Technician responsible for final vehicle inspections, test drives, and documentation of repair failures. You will work under the Workshop Manager to ensure adherence to service standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the final vehicle inspection and conduct test drives as required and document any failures identified in the repair process.
• Under-body inspection at the time of Final Inspection as per Audi Service Core Processes guidelines.
• Ensure repair has been performed in full compliance of the Audi operating standards and work practices.
• Update the final log post inspection and plan corrective action in case of failed repair in coordination with the Workshop Manager.
• Check that the Service Interval is reset correctly for the customer.
• Conduct the final test drive with the customer before vehicle handover post repair.
• Provide suggestions to workshop manager to further improve repair quality standards in dealership.
• Ensure that the service facilities are well-maintained, up-to-date, clean and tidy.
• Ensure all technical equipment, tools, equipment and other aids at the service department are in good condition and in working order.
• Final Inspection report and analysis on failures.
• Top 10 failure report vs top contributor productive staff analysis.
• Support and recommend trainings for productive staff.
• As and when required and informed by direct management

Customer Satisfaction & Quality of Repairs
