Job summary

Phenom People is seeking a Product Development Engineer II (Java Fullstack) in Hyderabad to shape long-term technical architecture for our SAAS platform. You will lead and direct product development efforts, leveraging Core Java, React, and cloud deployments, while guiding teams through architecture decisions.

The role requires 4-6 years of software development experience, strong UI skills, and a track record in leading development teams.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of Software Development experience in Core Java, MongoDB, Algorithm, Data Structures, Design Patterns.
• Strong experience with React JS/ Angular JS, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in defining architecture and leading teams in design & development.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical architecture to support SAAS offering, Lead and direct product development efforts.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in software development, product development organization experience preferred.
• 2+ years of leading development teams.
• Be able to distill business objectives into technical solutions through effective system design and architecture
• Be able to work independently on a project-by-project basis and also work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
• Be able to provide technical and analytical solutions to evaluate the merits and challenges of a product idea
• Good to have experience of integrations with Third Party offerings.
