Job summary

ITC Infotech Bengaluru is seeking a PCM Support Specialist- L2 Application Support to provide global L2 operational support across the PCM ecosystem. You will resolve incidents via ServiceNow and Jira and troubleshoot cross-system issues.

You will perform SQL-based data validation, monitor system health with Datadog and Grafana, manage user access, and maintain runbooks and knowledge articles to ensure smooth production operations.

Qualifications

• 5-6 yrs of experience in L2 application support.
• Experience delivering global L2 support and incident management.
• Proficient with ServiceNow and Jira for incident tracking.
• Strong SQL data validation and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog and Grafana.

Day to day tasks

• Provide L2 operational support across the global PCM ecosystem.
• Resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow and Jira.
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues across Censhare, PI Center and PIM-API.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and analysis.
• Monitor system health and alerts using Datadog and Grafana.
• Handle re-exports, translation orders and other production issues.
• Manage user access via XIAM and PIM.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
