The PCB Engineer will join the INNOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS) PCB Technical team in Raipur. You will lead end-to-end PCB development, perform hands-on repair, failure analysis, and ensure high-quality production through precise soldering, troubleshooting, and fault-finding.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional groups, maintain design and test documentation, and mentor junior engineers to uphold industry standards and internal quality guidelines for reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years hands-on PCB repair, failure analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proficient soldering techniques including surface-mount and through-hole.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuit theory and component behavior.
• Familiarity with PCB design tools: Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, layouts and BOMs.
• Experience with test equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail for fault finding.
• Effective communication for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

The role focuses on end‑to‑end PCB development, hands‑on repair, failure analysis, and ensuring high‑quality production through effective soldering, troubleshooting, and fault‑finding techniques.
